Quick Setup Guide

  1. Acquire QR codes: Purchase your preferred QR labels or tags from our online store.
  2. Affix to items: Once received via post, attach the codes to your personal belongings. Watch on YouTube
  3. Scan to access: Use your smartphone to scan the code, which will direct you to our application.
  4. Register: Select the “Register” option and provide your email address to link the QR code to your account.
  5. Verification: Open the confirmation email and click “Complete Registration.”
  6. Categorize: You may now assign a specific name to each item (e.g., Keys, Suitcase, Passport).
  7. Registration Complete: Your belongings are now officially registered within our protective network.

Procedure for Lost Items

  1. Navigate to your personal dashboard at www.mylostitem.com.
  2. If your registered items are not visible, please log in; no password is required for this process.
  3. Locate the missing item and select the chat icon.
  4. Compose a message for the finder, such as: "I have misplaced these keys; I would appreciate it if you could contact me at your earliest convenience."

Note: Providing a brief message regarding the importance of the item typically facilitates a more efficient recovery process.

  3. Coordinated Return: You may then communicate via the secure chat to arrange a safe and convenient handover of your property.
